A suspect was arrested Tuesday for attempted murder after a man was found shot in the Fairfax district.The suspect was identified as Sasan Limodim, 36, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.On Monday, officers responded to reports of a shooting near the 100 block of North Vista Street around 1:15 p.m.Arriving officers found a man with two gunshot wounds on his lower back. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment and was later listed in stable condition, police said.The suspect, Limodim, fled the scene before officers arrived.On Tuesday around 11 a.m., detectives located and arrested Limodim near the 7500 block of Beverly Boulevard. Joe Akmakjian, along with more than 300 fans across the country, has joined together in filing a lawsuit accusing Ticketmaster’s parent company of anticompetitive conduct. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County, California, claims the company has portrayed “a scheme by forcing fans to exclusively use it for presale and sale prices which are higher than what a competitive market price would be.” “I think what we want to see is transparency and an end to this monopoly and predatory behaviors of Ticketmaster,” Akmakjian said. DENVER (KDVR) -- Friends of a woman who died in a climbing accident Sunday described her as a fixture in the Boulder community. Bailee Mulholland, 26, was a Boulder native who graduated from Boulder High School and the University of Colorado Boulder."She knew exactly who she was. She's a mountain person that loved living in Boulder and was very grateful for being from there," Tim Watts, who has been climbing with Mulholland for years and considers her more like family, said. "You can do everything right and everything can go wrong."Mulholland died while free-solo climbing in Rocky Mountain National Park on Sunday, the park said in a release Monday.She was climbing on the Four Aces of Blitzen Ridge when she fell approximately 500 feet, according to the release.
